The Lincoln 7th Grade Boys Basketball A team took the short drive over to Knox to take on the Redskins on Wednesday night. The Red Storm battled in the first half, only down 3 at the break, before the host Redskins took over in the second half and sent the visitors packing with a 42-25 defeat. Leading the way for Lincoln were Colin Chupp with 7 points, David Schadek with 6 points, and Gil Stanton with 5 points.
The Lincoln 7th Grade Boys Basketball B team were able to avenge the A team’s defeat and emerged victorious with a 24-19 win over the host Redskins. The Red Storm took an 11 point lead into halftime and hung on for a hard fought victory. Connor DeLee and Lennon Creighbaum led the Red Storm with 6 points each. The win evened their record at 3-3 heading into the final weekend of the season for the B team.
