LaVille outscored North Judson 42-16 in the middle quarters to pull away for the Hoosier North Athletic Conference victory. Adam Steinke scored 14 of his game-high 16 points in the second quarter and Luke Beehler added 13 points to lead the offense. Steinke would also add six rebounds and four steals.
The LaVille defense held the Bluejays to five first half field goals en route to their sixth straight victory overall.
Jacob Good came off the bench to score nine points, while Rilye Cox and Dalton Dove added five points each for the Lancers.
LaVille improves to 9-2 overall and 3-1 in the HNAC.  North Judson falls to 2-9 overall (1-2 HHAC) and have lost seven straight.
The Lancers will travel to Knox for the second half of a girl/boy doubleheader Friday Jan. 13.  The varsity girls tip-off at 6:30 pm eastern, with the varsity boys to follow.
