County Police responded to a single vehicle accident Friday morning about 11:35 on 9th Road east of Sycamore Road.
Officer Rob Hafke investigated the crash that involved a 2007 Chevy pickup driven by 28 year old Amanda Johanan of Knox.
Johanan told the officer she lost control of her vehicle and drove off the west bound shoulder through a fence and struck the tree head on
Amanda Johanan walked to a nearby home and they called 911 although she refused EMS transport to the hospital for her complaint of lower arm pain.
