After all the turkey, mashed potatoes and pumpkin pie many are feeling the need to work off some of that extra food they overindulged in.
The Left-over 5K and 1 mile Run/walk is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday in Centennial Park. Come join the after holiday exercise event. Unique awards with gifts for all runners.
The MCRC sponsored event starts at the Hoosier Old Wheels Shelter near the tennis courts in Centennial Park. Race day registration ends at 9:45 and the 1mile fun run starts at 10 with the 5K directly afterwards. Registration fee is $ 15.
Proceeds from the run/walk will benefit Washington Discovery Academy.
