Argos_Town SignThe small town of Argos, Indiana, is hoping to grow its population through a new marketing strategy that will showcase all the Town has to offer. At a Town Council meeting on Tuesday, November 2nd, Argos leadership unveiled a short promotional video to attract new residents. The video was produced by the Mishawaka-based marketing firm, Big Idea Company this summer as part of Argos’ ongoing marketing initiative to grow their population.

Argos leadership believes the town of under 2,000 has a lot to offer those seeking the comforts of a small town, with some unique amenities that can be found nowhere else. Argos Town Council President, Dustin Johnson, states, “We’ve got so much to offer—one of the best schools in the state, a supportive community, and a good location—everyone should get the chance to see that.”

The Town has already been working to attract new businesses through an industrial development south of Town and just off of U.S. 31. Now, Argos is eager to market itself to attract residents. This video is the first step for the town to showcase its low cost of living and a high quality of life.
