Friday morning just before 5 Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a vehicle for speeding, 78 in a 55 on State Road 331 at 9B Road.
It was found that the driver, Preston A. Hensley of Plymouth was a habitual traffic violator. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident.
Mr. Hensley was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
