Friday evening, about 7:30 Plymouth Police were dispatched to Hacienda for a physical fight.  Prior to officers arrival the suspect, 44 year old Clifford Lee Keene of Florence, KY had left the scene. 

Officer Stuart Krynock located Keene not far from the scene and during the investigation he admitted to striking the victim. 

Keene was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Battery Resulting in Bodily Injury.  He was held on a $2,250 cash bond and given an initial court date of November 8th.
