A pair of brothers from Kokomo were arrested Monday, September 5th following a stop by County Police Officer Wozniak on US 31 at 18th Road.
The traffic stop was conducted on a blue 2003 Buick Century just before 2 a.m. Traveling 86 MPH in a posted 60 MPH zone.
The driver, 26 year old Kurtis Kennedy was found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated and in possession of marijuana.
His brother, 20 year old Kody Kennedy, who was also in the vehicle, was found to be a minor under the influence of alcohol.
They were both taken to the Marshall County Jail.
