HeroinSaturday night about 9:45 the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the men’s bathroom in the rear of Wal-Mart for a male with a hypodermic needle who was in and out of consciousness.

38 year old Jason Rasco of Valparaiso was found in the restroom with several needles and a substance which field-tested positive for heroin.

After being cleared medically he was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodged on a $3000 cash bond.

Rasco was given a court date of October 4, 2016.
