Tuesday afternoon about 1:20 Officer Rick Kanarr with the Bourbon Police Department and officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department served a warrant at 201 East College Street in Bourbon.
75 year old James D. Hudson of Bourbon was arrested on an active warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Seriously Violent Felon and Criminal Mischief.
Mr. Hudson was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond.
