The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will award bids for the Plymouth Goshen Trail water main extension, Boys and Girls Club sewer improvements and a new loader for the Street Department during their meeting Monday evening at 6.
Also on the agenda are reports from various city department heads and requests from Kem McFarling, Fitness Forum, Heartland Artist Gallery, Crop Walk and Plymouth Kilwinning Lodge.
Immediately following the Board of Works is the Common Council meeting in the City Hall building. Their agenda includes approval of the Tax Abatement compliance forms for Hoosier Racing Tire and the second and third reading of the salary ordinance setting the 2017 salaries. Council members will also consider a resolution transferring funds for the Fire Department.
The public is welcome to attend the meetings although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
