Tuesday morning July 26th just after 2, Plymouth Police Officer Tim Taberski investigated a battery complaint at 301 Skylane Drive.

Officer Taberski found a male victim that was transported to Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth for treatment of his injuries. The unnamed victim said he had been punched by a neighbor at the apartments. A witness also identified the same suspect.

City officers searched for the suspect, 23 year old Christian S. Everage and located him in the McDonald’s parking lot about 3:30 in the morning.

Everage was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged on the charges of Battery and Public Intoxication.
