About 4:15 Monday morning July25th, officers from the Marshall County Police Department were dispatched to a residence in the 8400 block of Clark Street at Lake of the Woods for the violation of a protective order.
Arriving at the scene Officer Nick Laffoon located 29 year old Brandon Michael Baxter at the address listed on the protective order.
Mr. Baxter was arrested at the scene and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Invasion of Privacy. He was held on the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.
