A report of a single vehicle crash on Olive Trail near Dixon Lake Trail sent County Police to the area about 9:35 Saturday evening. The caller told the dispatch center that the subjects were getting frustrated and were yelling.
As officers arrived on scene they noticed a black 1998 Ford Taurus off the road in some trees on the west side of the roadway.
During the investigation Officer Wozniak determine that the driver, 27 year old Brandon Borem of Plymouth was operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
