Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer arrested 25 year old Angel Wicker of Plymouth on Thursday night for theft.
Wicker was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $750 cash bond for shoplifting at Wal-Mart and given an August 23rd initial court hearing in Marshall Superior Court.
