A community visitation for former Plymouth Community School teacher, Bob Pickell will be held on Thursday, July 7th, 2016 from 3:30 p.m. unitl 7:00 p.m. in the Plymouth High School auditorium. Guest can enter through the north set of doors – marked #5.

At 7:00 p.m. a Service of Remembrance will begin to honor Mr. Pickell’s life in education, as a community leader and member of Sigma Chi Fraternity – all are welcome to attend.

PickellFor those who cannot attend the visitation or Service of Remembrance, Plymouth High School is honored to fulfill the wishes of the Pickell family and respectfully webcast both services live via the high school’sPTV at PHS YouTube channel. Wednesday evening, detailed easy-to-follow instructions for those who are not familiar with viewing YouTube live events will be posted on the school corporation’s website: plymouth.k12.in.us.

Three Plymouth High School students who are all enrolled in the PTV program, and all knew Mr. Pickell personally, have volunteered their time to provide the technical support needed to direct the multiple camera event for tomorrow’s live broadcast. The students say they are all honored to be able to give those who cannot attend in person, a respectful alternative to say goodbye from afar.

Bob performing Veterans Day 2015A mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 8th at St. Michael Catholic Church, 613 N. Center Street in Plymouth. Burial will follow at the New Oak Hill Cemetery in Plymouth.
