Sunday, July 3rd Officer Ben McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department was advised by an off duty officer that Chris Scott had an active warrant and he had just seen him entering Walmart.
As Officer McIntyre arrived at Walmart her observed Mr. Scott leaving the store. Contact was made and Scott was advised of the Failure to Appear-warrant for fines and costs. He was then taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $244 cash bond.
