A 27 year old female was arrested Saturday morning for domestic battery by Plymouth Police Officer Ray West.

City officers were dispatched to 722 West Garro Street about 11:30 Saturday morning for an argument taking place in front of the address.

An investigation reveled that the argument had become physical and Yuliana Rico had battered her boyfriend. She was arrested without incident and lodged in the County Jail on a charge of Domestic Battery with a cash bond of $755.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
