Marshall County Police Officer Joe Giordano stopped a vehicle in Bourbon for an equipment violation at US 30 and Fir Road Monday evening May 2nd just before 7. 32 year old Daniel Hecker Jr. of Hammond was arrested by a County Officer for Operating a Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License.
