On Wednesday, November 18, at approximately 9:15 in the morning an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle on Oak Road south of US 30. The traffic stop was for an expired license plate.
The vehicles driver, 33 year old Carlos Gradis Alvarez of Plymouth was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License.
