Marshall County Police responded to a three vehicle accident on North Michigan Road south of 5A Road Monday, April 13th at 7:39 A.M.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Rob Hafke responded to the crash site and determined that 34 year old William S. Hurst of Plymouth was north bound on Michigan Road in a gray, Chevy and failed to see a northbound gray, Volkswagen slowing to make a left hand turn into a private drive.
Hurst collided with the Volkswagen driven by 27 year old Michelle Thompson of Plymouth, striking Thompson’s vehicle on the rear passenger side pushing her into the south bound shoulder.
After the initial impact Hurst’s vehicle spun back across Michigan Road striking a mini van driven by 77 year old Arlene McCan of Plymouth who was south bound attempting to avoid the collision.
There were no injuries reported in the news release.
