A Plymouth man involved in a slide-off accident Sunday morning about 3:30 landed in the county jail.
Officer Paul Stamper was dispatched to State Road 17 and Village Place in reference to a slide-off. He located the vehicle and driver, 47 year old James L. Himes Jr. During the investigation it was determined that Himes had been operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond.
Monday evening about 8 Plymouth Police Officer Stuart Krynock was dispatched to 1336 Dora Lane for a domestic disturbance. During the investigation evidence showed that 25 year old Daniel Burger had been involved in a battery. He was taken into custody and transported to the county jail. Burger was booked in for domestic battery in the presence of a child 16 or younger and held on a $1,505 cash bond.
