Monday evening about 7:30 Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop at US 30 and Oak Drive for a traffic violation. The stop lead to the arrest of 42 year old Jose A Rodriguez of Plymouth. He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail for operator never licensed. He posted the $255 cash bond at 9:15 Monday evening and was released with a Marshall Superior Court II date of March 10th.
