dust-offSunday evening just after 5 Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Plymouth Wal-Mart parking lot for the complain of a male subject screaming inside his truck and a dog running around the outside of it.

City Officer Ben McIntyre located the subject who seemed to be in some type of seizure state. The male, 28 year old Thad Bigley of Culver came out of the seizure and started to inhale the vapors of a Dust Off can.

Plymouth EMS were called to the scene to check on Mr. Bigley and once cleared he was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Bigley was booked in on a $1,005 cash bond for inhaling toxic vapors or glue sniffing.  The Marshall County Humane Society took Bigley’s dog.

Bigley is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on December 2nd.
