Late Monday night the Plymouth Police Department received a call of a possible underage drinking party at 207 South 7th Street. Officer Ben McIntyre was dispatched to the scene and located 20 year old Dylan Webb who had been drinking. The Bourbon man was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held of Illegal Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. His bond was set at $255 and he was given a July 29th date for his initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
No other minor that had been drinking were located at the residence.
Listeners are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent through the proceeding and are entitled to be represented by council and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
