Walorski_RV CaucusRepresentative Jackie Walorski (IN-02) attended an event Wednesday evening supporting the recreational vehicle industry association (RV Caucus), which she created last year to help educate members of Congress on the issues that impact the RV industry.

“In Northern Indiana, Hoosiers are proud to be known as the “RV Capital of the World” as this powerful industry continues to manufacture quality products, create jobs, and enrich American tourism,” said Walorski. “With over 80 percent of North America’s recreational vehicles built in Elkhart and LaGrange Counties, it is critical that this industry remains relevant and continues to produce new products and technologies for recreational vehicles. I am pleased to support the RV industry and ensure its prolonged success for the benefit of American families.”

The congresswoman was joined by members of the RV caucus along with President of the Recreational Vehicle Industry Association, Richard Coon. Also on hand were Representatives Dennis Ross and Dan Benishek M.D.

Walorski’s district, leads the country in RV production.
