arrests07/08/14 On Wednesday, July 2nd at 9:35 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that was reported as suspicious and possible narcotic activity at two local motels. The traffic stop was made for unsafe lane movement near North Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail. During the investigation the driver, 26 year old Clay E. Lozier of Plymouth was taken into custody for operating a vehicle while intoxicated on controlled substance. He was transported and lodged in the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,507 bond.
On Friday, July 4th at 12:41 A.M. Officer Paul Stamper was dispatched to the Red D Mart in reference to an intoxicated male subject who was giving the attendant problems. Officer Stamper located and arrested 41 year old Alfonso Bano of Plymouth for public intoxication. He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $505 bond. Bano was released on July 6th with no judicial review and received a July 29th Superior Court II date for his initial hearing.
