On Tuesday, April 8th the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department Merit Board promoted two patrolmen to serve as Patrol Sergeants.
Patrolman Phil Beam and Patrolman Nick Laffoon were chosen through a numerical scoring system. Phil Beam is an Argos area resident and has been serving with the department for 27 years and Nick Laffoon is a Plymouth area resident and has been serving with the department for 9 years.
