Ramos arrested on fraud and theft charges

On Wednesday, March 26th the Plymouth Police Department received a report in reference to unauthorized transactions having been made on the victim’s MasterCard. Detective Leo Mangus led an investigation that revealed Bank records indicating the credit card had been used on the night of Tuesday, March 25 and earlier on March 26th at three different gas stations in Marshall County. There were four different transactions with the stolen credit card.

After further investigation the suspect identified as 27 year old Scott Ramos of Plymouth was located on March 27 and questioned. Mr. Ramos was then booked into the Marshall County Jail for 4 counts of Forgery, 4 counts of Credit Card Fraud and Theft. Mr. Ramos has two other criminal cases pending in Marshall County and is currently being held on a $20,000 bond.
