11/04/13 On Thursday, October 31st at 7:33 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Benjamin McIntyre investigated a property damage accident at Michigan and Garro Streets. Following an investigation 51 year old Charles M. Hamilton of Plymouth was arrested. He was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior charge of the same offense, operating a vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more and operating a vehicle while intoxicated endangering another person. Hamilton was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.
