07/08/13 The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.  Their short agenda includes a update on Health Department grant expenditures by Wes Burden, consideration of additional appropriations for the Veterans Service Officer in the amount of $83.71 for office supplies, for the Commissioners to help Older Adult Services with a shortfall in their transportation budget of $20,000 and appropriating $30,000 in the Court Services budget out of adult monitoring fees because of an increase in the number of people using home detention. 

The County auditor will present transfer requests and the June 10th minutes for approval. 

The County Council will also conduct a public hearing at 10 a.m. for an ordinance establishing the Emergency Funds Procurement procedures. 

He Council meeting is open to the public but question and comments are limited to the beginning of the meeting.
