04/12/13 Each nine weeks, students and staff at Riverside Intermediate School are recognized for being present and on time for school. Teachers Credit Union partners with Riverside to provide certificates. Beth Styers from TCU presented certificates to perfect attendance winners for the third quarter; Teacher: Wade Mattis and students: Maria Muro, Dalton Leary, Jessica Gallarso and Zian Hansen.
Teachers Credit Union also sponsors Riverside Intermediate Schools Achieve3000 incentive program. Students who complete two articles per week with at least 75% accuracy receive coupons which are entered into a box in the office. At the end of each nine weeks, TCU awards two students Kindles. Third quarter winners were Alexis Carnegie (left) and Kinzie Whisman (right). They recently receive their Kindles from Mrs. Beth Styers, the TCU representative.
