03/26/13 District 17 State Representative Tim Harman recently presented the residents and staff of Miller’s Senior Living Community with an Indiana State flag. The flag was folded neatly in a box and came with a certificate authenticating the fact that this flag was flown at the State Capitol Building in Indianapolis on November 21, 2012 while Governor Mitch Daniels was in office. Representative Harman expressed his pleasure in presenting the flag and stated he considers it an honor to be serving his constituents in public office.
