02/13/13 On Monday, February 11th at approximately 4:40 PM, Officer Bridget Hite with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a male shoplifter. Upon arriving at the store Officer Hite was advised that 83 year old, Thomas E. Erpelding of Plymouth had paid for some merchandise but also bagged merchandise that had not been paid for. Mr. Erpelding was arrested for theft and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a $1,505 bond.
Later Monday night at approximately 8:05 PM, Officer Hite responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart again in reference to a male subject who was known to be trespassing. Upon arriving she made contact with 31 year old Timothy M. Shadrix of Plymouth who was taken into custody for trespassing. Mr. Shadrix was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $755 cash bond.
