02/11/13 The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning beginning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.

Agenda for the meeting includes presentation of the Commissary Report by Sheriff Tom Chamberlin.  He will also seek approval for a personnel replacement.  County Assessor Debbie Dunning will also be seeking a personal replacement.

Newly appointed Veterans Service Officer Pan Schweizer-Betz will present her activity report while Commissioner Jack Roose will ask for full-time status with benefits for the Veterans Service Officer.

County Council members will consider an additional appropriation from the Rainy Day Fund for the Heating and Air Conditioning System in the County Building for $ 205,000.  County Auditor Penny Lukenbill will present the transfer requests and salary amendments for the Probation Officer and WIC Coordinator.

The County Council meeting is open to the public but comments and questions are limited to the beginning  of the meeting.
