12/14/12 On Tuesday, December 12 at 11:30 PM Officer Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at Oak Road and Harrison Street on 31 year old , Carissa L. Meisner of Lakeville. During the investigation of the traffic stop Carissa Meisner was taken into custody for Operating a Vehicle while Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Narcotic and Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge.
Officers also arrested the passenger, 20 year old, Paul T. Graham of Plymouth who was found to have an active warrant through Marshall County for Theft. He was also found to be in Possession of Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia along with Possession of Marijuana.
Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Carissa Meisner was booked in on a $1,505 cash bond and Paul Graham was booked in on a $1,505 bond for his warrant and a $3,005 bond for the Possession of Methamphetamine.
