12/11/12 On Saturday, December 8th at 1:30 PM Officer Shelley Cleveland with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a dumpster at 314 Kingston Avenue after a witness reported seeing a subject dumping a smoking box into a dumpster.
Arriving at the scene Officer Cleveland identified the discarded items as an active Meth Lab and notified Indiana State Police for processing.
The suspect was later located and identified as 23 year old James Bailey of Plymouth and taken into custody. Further investigation led officers to a nearby apartment located at 1065 Lincolnway East where additional items relating to a Meth Lab was located.
James Bailey was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for a Class B Felony for Manufacturing/Dealing/Delivering Methamphetamine. Bailey is being held without bond.
