12/10/12 The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.  Their short agenda includes the request of Prosecutor David Holmes to have the probationary period and pay removed from an employee who has been promoted from part time to full time in his office.

Several additional appropriation requests are on the agenda include $2,924 for office equipment in the Health Department, $3,000 for machinery and equipment in the Sheriff’s K-9 fund, and $900  for part time employee and $100 for social security for the Historical Society Fund.

Also listed on the Council’s agenda are transfers, the Auditor’s report and their appointments of Maria Keller to the Alcohol Beverage Commission and Julia Campbell to the Argos Library Board.

The County Council meeting is open to the public and comments and questions are allowed on agenda items only.
