08/09/12 The Plymouth High School Athletic Department is pleased to announce Ryan Wolfe as the new head baseball coach at Plymouth High School.  Wolfe will also be teaching social studies at Plymouth High School.  Wolfe becomes just the third head baseball coach at Plymouth since 1970.   He replaces former Head Coach Tony Pl0thlow who spent 12 years as Head Coach of the Plymouth program.

 

Wolfe played baseball at Hamilton High School located in NW Indiana.  He was selected for the North/South Indiana All-Star game after his senior season in 2001 as a pitcher.  After high school, Wolfe attended and played baseball at Manchester College.  In 2003 during his sophomore season at MC, he went undefeated with a 6-0 record.  During the 2004 season, Manchester College qualified and played in the Division III College World Series.

 

After graduating from Manchester in 2005, Wolfe was hired as a social studies teacher and head baseball coach at West Central Jr-Sr High School.  Wolfe was the head baseball coach from 2006-2011.  Wolfe also was an assistant football and assistant basketball coach at West Central.

 

During the 2011-2012 school year, Wolfe was hired to teach social studies and was the assistant baseball coach at Rochester High School under Brian Hooker.  Wolfe also coached football and basketball at Rochester.
