CHARLESTOWN, IN – Charlestown High School graduate Anthony Lloyd recently signed his Letter of Intent to play men’s basketball for Ancilla College in the 2012-2013 season.
The 6’2” Lloyd competed on the basketball court for Charlestown High School under coach Sean Smith before enrolling at Ancilla this Fall. Playing guard his senior year Lloyd averaged 11.5 points per game and 3.8 rebounds per game. He also garnered accolades on the All Mid-Southern Conference Team.
“It’s a great place to get an education,” began Lloyd. “Ancilla has great teachers and the ability to give one on one attention.”
Ancilla coach, Greg Neeley stated, “Anthony is a great fit for us on and off the floor. He will undoubtedly be a positive contributor for us in the upcoming season!”
