WESTVILLE, IN – The Ancilla College men’s basketball program has added Westville High School’s Kevin Stone-Tharp to their 2012-13 team lineup.
Stone-Tharp signed his letter of intent to play for Ancilla starting in the fall and plans to pursue a degree in Exercise Science. The 6’2” forward was a three-year letterman at Westville and averaged a double-double during his senior season with 15.8 points per game and 10.5 rebounds per game. He was named an honorable mention to the Post-Tribune All Area Team as well as the MVP of the Indiana Elite 1A All-Star Game.
“Kevin is a great total fit for Ancilla,” said Ancilla coach Greg Neeley. “We are excited about his future and proud to have him join our basketball family.”
