04/23/12 The Ancilla Chargers Golf Team has signed Southwood High School golfer Drew Roser to play starting in the 2012-13 season.

Roser, who played golf for Southwood, as well as football, says he chose Ancilla because of its small size and what he calls a wonderful staff. Roser will pursue a degree in General Studies before deciding on a specific field of study.

Ancilla head golf coach Marc Hayden said, “Drew comes from a great family. He has a strong work ethic and will be a good teammate.”

While at Southwood High School, Roser received five varsity letters and was named to the All-Wabash County team in football.

Ancilla College is a Catholic, two-year, co-educational, liberal arts college in Donaldson, Indiana sponsored by the Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ.
