02/16/12 On Thursday, February 9th at 9:54p.m. Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan Street and Garro Street.  During the investigation it was discovered the driver, Donna M. Phelps 42, of Plymouth had a suspended license and had synthetic marijuana in the vehicle. Phelps was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for possession of marijuana and driving while suspended with a prior charge.  Her cash bond was set at $1,000.00 and was paid at 10:50 pm. Phelps is scheduled to appear in Marshall County superior Court #2 on February 28th at 8:30am.

Later in the evening on February 9th at 9:23pm, Officer John Weir of the Plymouth P. D. arrested Christopher Ridge 29, of Plymouth after initiating a traffic stop at the intersection of Walnut and LaPorte Streets.  Officer Weir found that Mr. Ridge had never received a license. He was transported to the County Jail where he was given a $250.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County superior Court #2 on March 6th at 8:30am.

On Friday, February 10th at 5:39pm, Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland responded to the 100 block of Michigan Street when he was informed that Fidel Dominguez 30, of Bristol was at the residence to pick up his children on a visitation.  Dominguez had an active bench warrant out of Marshall County for back child support. Once the warrant was verified, Dominguez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was book in the warrant for civil contempt with a $450.00 cash bond, which was paid on February 10th at 6:55pm.

On Friday, February 10th Corporal Hite of the Plymouth Police Department assisted Indiana State Police in a traffic stop at the intersection of Harrison Street and 5th Street. It was found that the passenger, Carl L. Price 49, of Plymouth had an active warrant out of Marshall County on a Civil Contempt. Officer Hite transported Mr. Price to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $17,000.00 cash bond.
