01/13/12 Wednesday evening the Plymouth Police Department received a call from Wal-Mart advising that two subjects were in their store making a purchase of precursors. The suspects left the parking lot and headed south on Oak Drive.
Officer Shanna Gilmer attempted to made a traffic stop on the suspect’s vehicle at approximately 6 p.m. on Harrison Street for exceeding the posted speed limit.
The driver, 41 year old Robert Graham was arrested for resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, and possession of an illegal drug lab. The passenger in his vehicle, 40 year old Marie Graham fled from the traffic stop and was arrested for resisting law enforcement. She was also found to be trespassing on Wal-Mart.
Both suspects were booked into the Marshall County Jail. Mr. Graham’s bond was set at $750 while his wife’s bond was set at $2,000. They are both scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on January 31st.
