11/16/11 On Tuesday, November 15th around 2:45 a.m. Officer Paul Stamper of the Plymouth Police Department arrested 19 year old Trey D. Martinez of Plymouth for Possession of Marijuana, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Illegal Consumption. Officer Stamper had conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of South Michigan Street and Lemler Avenue. Martinez was transported to the Marshall County Jail where his bond was set at $1,000.00 cash, and he was given a court date for November 22nd in Marshall County Superior Court II.
