02/22/11 County Police Officer Les McFarland conducted a traffic stop on US 30 at approximately 5 o’clock Friday evening. The vehicle, a 1990 Ford passenger car was stopped in the area of US 30 and Oak Road for a defective muffler. During the stop, it was discovered that the driver, 29 year old Joshua Godinez of Plymouth was driving the vehicle although he had never been issued a driver’s license.
Joshua Godinez was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for operator never licensed.
