10/16/12 Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for having false and or fictitious plates Thursday afternoon about 2 p.m. at US 30 and Oak Drive. The drive told the officer that he didn’t have a driver’s license. The drive was transported to the Marshall County Jail and once there admitted that he had lied to the officer giving a different name and birth date.
38 year old Octavio Vazquez of Plymouth was arrested for operator never licensed and false informing.
