07/14/11 CARF International announced that Pathfinder Services has been accredited for a period of three years for its Community Services: Community Integration through Pathfinder Community Supports, Employment Services: Community Employment Services: Job Development, Job Supports, Job-Site Training through Pathfinder Resource Connection, and Organizational Employment Services.
This accreditation decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization and shows the organization’s substantial conformance to the CARF standards. An organization receiving a Three-Year Accreditation has put itself through a rigorous peer review process and has demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site visit that its programs and services are of the highest quality, measurable and accountable.
Pathfinder Services is a not-for-profit organization with offices at 2824 Theater Avenue, and 1152 East State Street in Huntington, 2049 South Wabash Street in Wabash, 3326 South Cahoun Street, Suite 102 in Fort Wayne, 108 South Chauncey Street in Columbia City, and 1601 West Jefferson Street Suite 15 in Plymouth.
