At 3:15 P.M. on Friday, November 28th Sergeant Rick Kanarr with the Bourbon Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of West Center and Thayer Streets in Bourbon. The traffic stop was for a traffic violation. During his investigation 71 year old Diana Locke of Argos was found to have been drinking and agreed to a field sobriety test. Locke failed with a BAC of .22%. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 cash bond. Diana Locke was released on November 29th after posting bond and was issued a December 9th Superior Court II date.
