Tuesday afternoon just after 2 Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle on Oak Drive at Cook Street.
Marshall County’s K-9 Arras assisted at the scene and indicated the presence of narcotics in the vehicle.
41 year old Christopher Fields of Winamac was arrested for possession of methamphetamines. Fields was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
24 year old Kandice Craig of Winamac was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of synthetic marijuana. Craig was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
Both were given July 7th court dates in Superior Court II.
